Double Planetary Power Mixer is a new type efficient mixer to dissolve, mix, disperse and homogenize liquid mixture, or liquid powder mixture. Stirred by the self-rotating and revoluting low-speed mixing blades, high-speed stirrer, movable scraper, under the 3D movement, the material in the tank will be homogeneously mixed in short time. The lathed and polished tank internal wall ensures the movable blades complete and through sweep the material from it. This model is suitable for dissolving, mixing high-viscosity and high-density material and is widely used in the production lines making battery, silicone adhesive, inks, dye, glue and high viscosity painting etc..
Products Features:
1. Small clearance 4~6mm between blades, 3~6mm between blades and internal wall, guarantees high efficient mixing without dead angle;
2. Low noise Even at 23M/S linear velocity, through precision machining, professional assembled, the high degree of adaptability of the components ensures the low abrasion and smoothly running with low noise;
3. Corrosion resistance zero leakage with soft seal or static seal, and full enclosed planetary transmission enhance sealability 50% better than traditional one and make the vacuum degree to -0.098MPa and long-time keep the vacuum to give a free-contamination working condition;
4. High strength according to the mixing technics requirements, and based on strict calculation, Lead-win mixer is strong for dealing with high-viscosity and high solid content battery's slurry, adhesive etc.
5. High integration combination of pre-mixing, mixing, filtering with seamless quick connection in vacuum space. PLC control is available and integrating speed control, temperature control, lifting control, vacuum control in one panel;
6. Various blades including double-spiral-blade, double-leaf-blade, double-butterfly-blade, tri-spiral-blade, and double-frame-blade are available. You can choose lifting-tank or lifting-mixer beam to meet your production requirement.
