Product introduction

The three roller grinder is mainly used for the preliminary experimental needs of various kinds of liquid slurry such as paint, ink, pigment, plastic, food, etc. (it is not suitable to grind pigments with acid-base composition or sufficient to cause roller corrosion), so as to provide correct data for large-scale production.

The machine can achieve the grinding effect by rolling the surfaces of three rollers arranged horizontally and rubbing at different speeds. Generally, the grinding materials only need to be grinded twice. The hard to grind materials must be grinded many times to meet the requirements. The highest processing fineness can reach about 3-20um (measured by fineness plate).

It is mainly used for paste materials such as various inks, paints, pigments, soaps, artificial leather, plastics, greases and chocolates. It is especially suitable for grinding products with high viscosity and good fineness requirements. The surface of the machine has high hardness and wear resistance, and has cooling device to ensure continuous operation.
