Lysdf400 experimental multi-purpose disperser is a new product designed by foreign new technology. The product integrates the functions of mixing, sanding and dispersing equipment. It is the most ideal experimental equipment for laboratory personnel. The equipment adopts electronic constant force speed regulation circuit, digital direct display of rotating shaft speed, and is equipped with dispersive impeller and sanding disc. It can meet the different test needs of the laboratory, and can directly calculate the relationship between the speed of stirring, dispersing and sanding blades and the viscosity and chemical reaction rate of materials according to the displayed rotating shaft speed, so as to provide correct data for large-scale production.

Product characteristics

1. The machine adopts double axis constant force lifting system, which is convenient for lifting.

2. Series commutator motor is adopted to realize stepless speed regulation of motor through intelligent motor speed regulator. Digital PID technology is applied to achieve high control precision and digital direct display of rotating shaft speed. The equipment can be timed (from 1 minute to 99 hours) and set time at will.

3. The dispersing impeller and sand disc are directly connected with the rotating shaft with stainless steel bolts.

4. The cylinder is fixed by the left and right grippers, and the cylinder body adopts the jacket structure, which can be filled with cooling water and processed with stainless steel material.
